Refund Policy

LABDHI BLISS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in maintaining transparency and fairness with its customers and therefore follows a liberal cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:
The EOI amount is fully refundable with zero deduction.
In case of approved cancellation of the EOI, the refund process will be initiated as per the company’s standard terms and conditions. The approved refund amount will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation.

Please note that the EOI does not constitute an agreement for sale. It only represents an intention to purchase a unit in the project, subject to availability, pricing, and final allotment at the time of launch.
