I feel very proud to be one of the oldest employees of Labdhi. My career has skied with the growth of the company. The extraordinary transfer of knowledge across the project streams has benefited many employees. I am really grateful to work in a place that makes us grow to greater heights.

7 years in Labdhi Lifestyle have passed in a flash. Now, when I lead a team, I realise how much this organisation has helped me grow professionally as well as personally. I am much more confident & a smart decision maker now and understand the dynamics of real estate better.

Working for 25 years with the group, I can only say that Labdhi has one of the best Senior Management an employee can ask for. All the processes are extremely transparent here which makes my life easy. This company gives opportunity to young blood as well as value the experience of someone like me.

It's been 7 years for me with Labdhi Lifestyle but feels like I have just joined here last month. Management treats me as their family member and my colleagues are my extended family. Everyone was so supportive through all the ups and downs; feel honoured to see our company growing and also lucky to be a part of this journey.

Been in the system for quite a while now and it has been a fabulous time guiding the Presales department. The hustle, the effort, the persistency- everything is worth it! This position at Labdhi has helped me gain expertise in real estate sales and I am gratified for this opportunity.
